What's new

What's new in Summa POS, version by version. To update, open Summa POS: when there's a new version you'll see “Update available”; accept it and it installs and reopens by itself, without touching your data. If it doesn't show up, go to About → Check for updates.

Your business online

Every business can have its own page at summapos.com/n/your-business. The catalog comes straight from the register: prices as you charge them and “available / sold out” per branch, with product photos, up to 12 featured items, hours, phone, WhatsApp and a map pin for each branch. Your customers build a cart and send you the order on WhatsApp; Summa never touches it. The designer lets you pick the style, colors, fonts, section order, announcement and social links, with a live preview. You set it up in My business → My page, and it's online while you have the cloud. See the guide.

Refer and earn

Share your link summapos.com/r/YOUR-CODE (you'll find it in My business → Refer and earn). The business you refer gets a gift on its first purchase: 50% off the first month on the monthly plan, one free month on the annual plan or 30 days of cloud with Lifetime. You earn one month of your plan as credit (with Lifetime, 30 days of cloud, or the price of the cloud add-on as credit if you already pay for it). Up to 12 rewards a year; any beyond that wait their turn. See the rules.

Summa in English

The website, the My business panel, your account emails and the register now come in English, with a bilingual installer. The register follows the Windows language and you can change it in Settings → Appearance → Language; receipts, quotes and their emails have their own language in Settings → Ticket and printer.
